Meridian Technologies LLC ("Meridian," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the Meridian platform at osmeridian.com (the "Service"). Please read this policy carefully. If you do not agree with its terms, please discontinue use of the Service.
We collect information you provide directly to us, including: account registration information (name, email address, phone number, brokerage name); billing and payment information processed through Stripe; contact, pipeline, campaign, and transaction data you enter into the CRM; communications you send to us. We also collect information automatically when you use the Service, including: log data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, time spent); device information; and cookies and similar tracking technologies. If you visit optional search or listing URLs, we may record browsing on those pages. Those URLs are not part of the $99 CRM. We may receive information from third parties, including Stripe (payment status) and authentication providers such as Google when you use OAuth sign-in. A licensed MLS feed is not part of the sold CRM. If one is later connected, we may receive listing rows only for an optional search replica.
Optional /search and listing URLs may show Treasure Valley sample inventory so those pages are not empty. That inventory is not live Intermountain MLS and is not part of the $99 CRM. If a licensed feed is later connected, replica rows are used only to render those optional pages. We do not sell listing data and we do not claim live MLS until a licensed feed is connected.
We use the information we collect to: provide, maintain, and improve the Service; process transactions and send billing-related communications; send transactional emails and notifications related to your account; operate the automated drip email sequences you configure; generate RESPA-compliant audit logs for co-marketing arrangements; provide customer support; monitor and analyze usage patterns to improve the Service; detect, prevent, and address fraud and security issues; comply with legal obligations.
The contacts, transactions, and client data you enter into Meridian are your data. We process this data solely to provide the Service to you. We do not sell, share, or use your client data for our own marketing or business purposes. We maintain appropriate technical and organizational safeguards to protect this data. You are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate legal basis for processing your clients' personal information through the Service.
The $99 CRM does not include phone, SMS, or A2P 10DLC. We do not sell those as part of the Agent plan. If you later store communication consent records in the Service, we retain them on your behalf for the duration of your subscription and for up to 5 years following termination.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with: service providers who assist us in operating the Service (Stripe for payments, Resend for email, Supabase for database hosting and auth, Vercel for hosting, Inngest for job processing); law enforcement or government agencies when required by law; successor entities in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Twilio, Lob, and MLS data providers are not sold as part of the $99 CRM. They are used only if an unpublished add-on or a licensed listing feed is later connected. All service providers are contractually required to use your information only as necessary to provide services to us and in accordance with applicable law.
We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain your session, remember your preferences, and analyze usage of the Service. We use Supabase authentication cookies that are strictly necessary for the Service to function. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or sell your browsing data to advertisers. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling cookies may affect the functionality of the Service.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including: TLS encryption for data in transit; encrypted storage for sensitive data; row-level security in our database to ensure tenant data isolation; signed URLs with 15-minute expiry for document access; multi-factor authentication support; regular security monitoring and logging. No security measure is perfect. In the event of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Following account termination, we may retain your data for up to 90 days to allow for account recovery, after which it is permanently deleted. TCPA consent records are retained for 5 years as described above. Billing records are retained as required by applicable tax and accounting laws.
Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, including the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information; the right to object to or restrict certain processing; the right to data portability; and the right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To exercise these rights, contact us at legal@osmeridian.com. We will respond to your request within 30 days. We may require verification of your identity before processing certain requests.
The Service is not directed to children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child without parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information.
California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), including the right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used, the right to delete personal information, the right to opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell personal information), and the right to non-discrimination for exercising privacy rights. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice within the Service. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
